Quotes
Quotes are free and without obligation. A quote states the price, scope and delivery date, and is based on the material you send. If the material changes, the quote may change.
Orders and payment
A project starts once you accept the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine). Payment terms, including any advance payment, are stated in the quote or invoice.
Delivery and revisions
We aim to meet every agreed deadline and will tell you promptly about any delay. If you find an error in our translation, tell us within 14 days of delivery and our team will correct it at no cost.
Certified translations
Requirements for certified or sworn translations differ by country and institution. Please confirm what the receiving authority requires; we will tell you honestly what we can provide before you order.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to have the material translated. You keep all rights to your content and, once paid, to the translation. Our team keeps your material confidential.
Liability
We work with care, but our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses or for how a translation is used.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you accept a quote applies to that project.
