What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, project details and any file you attach through our forms, by email or on WhatsApp.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver the translation you order and handle related admin such as invoicing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operation.
Who processes your data
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service and our email provider. Documents may be shared with the members of our team assigned to your project (translators, reviewers and project managers), who are bound to keep them confidential. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
Confidentiality and retention
Documents are treated as confidential. We keep messages and files only as long as needed for the project, our records and legal obligations, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive material.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@nativeportuguese.com.
